1. General Information

These terms govern all online reservations made through the website of Hotel Nova Riviera. By using our website and completing a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Reservation Process

Your reservation is completed when you confirm your booking through our website and receive a confirmation email. Please review the confirmation details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Macedonian Denars (MKD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via the payment system of Halkbank AD Skopje (Bankart).

Hotel Nova Riviera does not store, process, or have access to your full credit or debit card details.

By completing a reservation, the guest explicitly authorizes the hotel to charge the full amount of the reservation immediately at the time of booking.

The reservation is confirmed only after successful payment.

Any applicable currency conversion fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the guest.

4. Cancellation and Reservation Changes

All reservations are final and non-refundable.
By completing the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees that:

• The total amount will be charged immediately
• No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure
• This policy applies under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.

Late check-out may be subject to additional charges.

6. Liability

Hotel Nova Riviera is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables left in guest rooms. We recommend using the available safes for security.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

Hotel Nova Riviera reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this website.
