Every summer since 1961, the Ohrid Summer Festival has been one of the most prestigious cultural events in Southeast Europe. The Ancient Theatre

The crown jewel of the festival is the Hellenistic amphitheatre, built in 200 BC and once used for gladiatorial games. Today, under the stars and overlooking Lake Ohrid, it hosts symphony orchestras, opera performances, and contemporary music concerts. The acoustics, shaped by 2,200 years of history, are remarkable.

Church Venues
